Practical guides
Tracking your application
A filed application moves through successive states, all of them visible. This guide says what you see at each moment, what each state means, and whom to write to when you want to add a document or ask a question.
What you see, at all times
Tracking rests on a single item: the timestamped filing receipt, which carries your file reference. That reference opens tracking, serves all your requests and appears on every message sent to you. You therefore have, at all times, the exact state of processing and the name of the person conducting it.
- Your file reference and its filing date
- The list of documents received, one by one
- The current stage and the next one
- The name of the person processing your file
The successive states of your file
- 01
Filed
The timestamped receipt is issued and the reference assigned. That is the starting point of every stated deadline.
- 02
Documents checked
Each document is checked for legibility. A document to redo is flagged to you with the exact reason.
- 03
Interview scheduled
The booking link reaches you. You choose the slot and receive a confirmation naming your interviewer.
- 04
In decision
The file and the interview are examined together. The stated turnaround is ten working days.
- 05
Decision notified
Written, reasoned, with the amount that binds you and the enrolment link where it is favourable.

Completing, correcting, asking
Adding a document
Send it with the file reference. It joins the ongoing review, with no restart from scratch.
Correcting information
Report the correction in writing: the corrected version replaces the previous one and the filing date stays unchanged.
Asking a question
Every request gets an acknowledgement within two working days, with the name of the person handling it.
Tracking questions
I lost my file reference. How do I find it?
It appears on the filing receipt sent to the address given in the form. Write to us with your surname, first name and filing date: the reference comes back with the current stage.
My file has stayed at the same stage for several days.
Each stage has its stated turnaround, and processing moves in the background. Write with your reference to get the expected date of the next step: the answer is sent within two working days with the name of the person following your file.
Can I track two applications at once?
Yes, each file carries its own reference and its own calendar. The guide on applying to several programmes details how to run both without duplicating your documents.
