What the tutor refuses to do
Let us start there, because that is what matters. A system that hands over answers issues worthless certificates — and renders a service from which nobody gains anything lasting.
It does not give assessment answers
It rephrases, offers an example, asks a question that moves things forward. A learner handed the solution learns nothing — and the resulting certificate would be worthless.
It does not leave the course
It is anchored in the content of the course being taken, not plugged into the open web. That makes it less talkative, and far more reliable on what is actually taught.
It neither marks nor decides
No certifying mark, no admission, no exclusion. Those acts remain reserved to people, who sign them and answer for them.
It does not report your exchanges
Neither to a parent nor to an employer. A learner who knows they are constantly watched stops daring to be wrong, and so stops learning.
What it does, on the other hand
It is available at the hour you get stuck, which no teacher can be. That is its real contribution: not power, availability — and a human teacher remains irreplaceable for everything else.

How a course is made
We publish this chain rather than hide it. Production whose workings are concealed inspires exactly the mistrust it should dispel — and the fourth step, the only one that cannot be automated, is what gives the other three their value.

One trade, one entry level, one expected outcome. Nothing starts until the target skill is stated as a verifiable action verb.

Learning sequence, materials, exercises, assessments. The step that used to take months and now takes weeks.

Quality control
Accuracy, currency, consistency with the stated objective. Content failing the check goes back to production, not online.

Human sign-off
A named academic lead takes responsibility and publishes. This step is never automated — it is the only guarantee that counts.

Publication and freeze
The course is frozen for the duration of the session. Two learners in the same cohort must have received exactly the same teaching.
The three rules we do not cross
A chain that produces fast produces mistakes fast. These rules are the condition for speed to remain an advantage rather than a risk — and the second is an invisible risk few providers ever state.
A human always publishes
The chain produces a draft; it never publishes on its own. An identified academic lead approves every publication and answers for it.
The freeze rule
A course does not change during its session. Altering content under a running cohort would break equal treatment between learners — an invisible risk, and the most serious one.
No agent is a teacher
A credential is a legal act. The chain produces, the human guarantees: no automated system is counted in the faculty, and none alone issues a decision that shapes a learner's path.
The questions this raises
Are the courses written by a machine?
They are produced by a tooled chain, then checked and approved by a named person who answers for them. The useful question is not « who held the pen » but « who guarantees what is taught » — and the answer is always an identifiable human.
How do I know a piece of content is accurate?
Every module passes an accuracy and currency check before publication, and the academic lead who approves it is identified. Modules tied to a specific tool carry an explicit date: dated, checkable content beats content claimed to be timeless.
Can content change while I am taking the course?
No. A course is frozen for the duration of its session. This is a strict rule: two people enrolled in the same session must have received the same teaching, otherwise their results are not comparable and the assessment loses its value.
Can I request a programme that does not exist yet?
Yes, and that is exactly what the chain makes possible. Content drawn from your real procedures takes weeks, not years. We state that lead time before starting rather than discovering it along the way.
A certificate is only worth what can be verified
That is the counterpart of everything above: what we issue can be checked by a third party, with no account and without calling us.
