The institute
Who answers, and for what
An institution that names nobody commits nobody. Here is who carries the project, which decisions are reserved to people, and which are not.
The founder
IHETC is led by Mamadou Touré, developer and systems architect, trainer. The project is neither a takeover nor a franchise: it is a creation, which explains both the absence of a track record and the technical coherence of the whole — the platform, the production chain and this site are designed by the same hand.
What is reserved to people
The list is closed, and short. These acts commit a learner's path or a legal responsibility: no automated system takes them, and none is counted in the faculty.
- Publishing teaching content — a named lead approves it and answers for it
- Settling a certifying mark
- Deciding an admission or an exclusion
- Issuing a credential
How a complaint is handled
- 01
You write
By email or from your space. No lengthy form, no requirement to state a reason.
- 02
We acknowledge
Within two working days, with the name of the person handling it.
- 03
Reasoned reply
Within ten working days. An unfavourable answer is written and reasoned, not sidestepped.
- 04
Human review
On any assessment, review by a person is a right, with no need to justify the request.
What we cannot yet show
No constituted board, no scientific council, no alumni committee: those bodies require people and activity we do not yet have. We will publish them when they exist, with named members — rather than display empty org charts that commit nobody.

- VisionQualified young people who must leave in order to study, and local companies unable to find the skills they need. Two halves of the same problem, and they never meet.
- Our modelA programme is judged on three things: what is taught, how you verify it was learned, and who answers for it. Here are our answers to all three, including where they are uncomfortable.
- Status and accreditationIHETC is a private higher education institution, authorised by order of the ministry responsible for higher education and approved as a vocational training centre.
