What we offer an institutional partner

A school, an administration or a company working with us obtains a programme, a calendar and defensible records. Here are the four possible forms, what each covers, and how an agreement is put in place.

Four forms of partnership

They combine, and each is contracted separately. The choice turns on one simple question: who carries the content, and who carries the cohort.

Hosting a cohort

Your staff or your students follow a catalogue programme as a formed group, with a dedicated calendar and cohort lead.

Bespoke programme

A programme produced on your real procedures, scoped with you and delivered in weeks by the production chain.

Co-designing a framework

You bring the trade, we bring assessment engineering. The resulting framework remains usable beyond the first cohort.

Platform provision

Your internal academy on our infrastructure, with your content, your roles and your traceability exports.

What the partner obtains

The same records we hand an individual learner, at whole-cohort scale and in a single operation. They are what makes a training plan defensible under inspection.

  • A dated calendar, settled with you before the session opens
  • A named lead for the cohort, reachable throughout
  • Attendance records and the supervised hours actually attended
  • Each participant's competency record, competency by competency
  • The dated syllabus, frozen at session level, rather than its current version
  • The full cohort export, in a single operation from your space

How an agreement is put in place

Five steps, from first contact to first session. The lead time depends on the production step alone, stated at scoping rather than discovered along the way.

  1. 01

    The need, stated

A trade, a headcount, an entry level, an expected outcome. One page is enough to start scoping.

  2. 02

    Quantified scoping

Study volume, credits, calendar and amount in Guinean francs. Everything is written before any commitment.

  3. 03

    The walkthrough

On your own cases, with the full content of the paths concerned and the exports you will produce.

  4. 04

    Production

The chain produces, a named lead approves and publishes. The lead time given at scoping runs from here.

  5. 05

    Opening the session

Cohort formed, calendar circulated, lead introduced, content frozen for the whole period.

What we ask of the partner

Three inputs, and they are enough. They concern trade substance and cohort organisation: the rest, engineering included, sits on our side.
