Practical guides
Understanding the admission decision
The decision arrives within ten working days, written and reasoned, with the amount that binds you. This guide details what it contains, what each element lets you do, and the possible next steps in each case.
What the decision contains
The decision is a full document, not a one-line answer. It names the programme, restates the level and duration, sets the amount that binds you and lays out the reason applied. That precision has a direct effect: it lets you decide, compare and, where relevant, discuss written elements rather than an impression.
- The programme selected, with its level and duration
- The reason for the decision, written out
- The amount that binds you, in Guinean francs
- The time you have to confirm
What happens after the decision
- 01
You read the reason
It says what was taken from your file and your interview. That document is the basis for anything that follows.
- 02
You check the amount
It is firm and does not exceed the amount displayed when you applied. Instalments are requested at this stage.
- 03
You confirm, or you ask a question
Any question about the decision receives a written answer. Review by a person is a right, with no justification needed.
- 04
You confirm enrolment
The enrolment link appears in a favourable decision. Confirming opens the learning space immediately.
- 05
You choose your session
The start date is set against your availability, within the calendar published at the start of the year.
What the decision gives you, item by item

| The named programme | Level, duration and weekly load | Match against your actual diary |
| The firm amount | The sum due, in Guinean francs | Request instalments or a scholarship |
| The enrolment link | The confirmation deadline | Open your learning space |

Questions about the decision
Can the notified amount change later?
The amount that binds you is the one in the decision, and it does not exceed the amount displayed when you applied. That rule is what makes comparison between programmes reliable at the moment you choose.
Who takes the decision?
A named person. Deciding an admission is on the closed list of acts reserved to people, published in our governance: no automated system takes it, and the decision carries the name of whoever answers for it.
How do I request a review?
In writing, with your file reference. Review by a person is a right and requires no justification. You receive an acknowledgement within two working days, then a reasoned answer within ten working days.
Can I apply to another programme after the decision?
Yes, and the documents already sent remain valid: the new file reuses what exists and the interview covers the new project. The written reason from the first decision is the best starting point for choosing the target.
