Enrolling step by step
Enrolment turns an admission into access. It runs online, opens the learning space immediately and sets your payment schedule. Here are the six actions it involves, in order, and what each one unlocks the moment it is done.
What enrolment triggers
Confirming enrolment opens everything at once: the programme content, the tutor, your cohort forum and the assessment calendar. There is no waiting period between enrolment and access, and that is deliberate: the best moment to start is the one when the decision has just been made.
- Access to the programme content, immediately
- The tutor, available at any hour inside your course
- The cohort forum and the study groups
- The assessment calendar for the current year
The six actions of enrolment
- 01
Open the link in the decision
It appears in your admission notification and stays valid until the confirmation date stated.
- 02
Check your details
Surname, first name, email and phone. These details will appear on your award: read them carefully.
- 03
Confirm the programme and session
The chosen programme and the start date you pick, within the published calendar.
- 04
Choose your payment schedule
Upfront, monthly or quarterly. Instalments are chosen here, and the total stays identical in every case.
- 05
Confirm and settle the first instalment
Confirming issues a receipt and opens the space. The receipt stays available from your space.
- 06
Open your first module
Start the same day. The first module sets the pace, and regularity is built from the first week.
What opens, and when

Enrolment questions
How long do I have to confirm?
The deadline appears in your admission decision, with its exact date. Where you need more time, write with your reference: the request receives a written answer within two working days.
Can I change session after enrolling?
Yes, the start date moves on request within the published calendar. Your payment schedule follows the new calendar, and access to content already opened stays active in the meantime.
Does enrolment commit me for the whole year?
You owe the instalments for the periods attended. Amounts for a period not attended are not due: that principle is written into the fee terms and applies automatically.
