Leading an organisational change and getting it adopted

A tool deployed and little used costs twice: its price and the time it was meant to return. Change management addresses exactly that point — stakeholders, training, support, real adoption measurement — and makes transformation effective.

What decides adoption

An organisation adopts a new tool when three conditions are met: the people concerned understand what they gain, know how to use it on their own case, and see their managers using it. Those three conditions can be worked on, planned and measured. The programme teaches that mechanism — initial diagnosis, stakeholder mapping, support plan, usage indicators — and links it to digital transformation roadmaps.

  • Produce a maturity diagnosis and share it with the teams
  • Map stakeholders and adapt the message to each of them
  • Build a support and training plan for each population
  • Measure real adoption and adjust the approach accordingly

The modules that carry it

A cross-curricular module spread over several years reads « Years 1 to 3 »: it runs alongside the whole programme rather than a single term.

The scale of the learning

You carry an organisational transformation from its diagnosis through to the measurement of real adoption. Four figures are enough to place a skill: blocks, hours, credits and certified outlets.
