E-commerce and back-office assistant
An online shop lives on details: an accurate product page, up-to-date stock, an order shipped the same day, a reassured customer. The e-commerce officer holds that whole chain, from catalogue publishing to delivery tracking.
The life of an order
It all starts with the catalogue: photograph, describe, price, variants, real availability. Orders then arrive continuously and demand a fast response — confirm, pack, hand over to the carrier, inform. Mobile payment holds a special place in the region: reconciling receipts, handling a partial payment, settling a dispute. Then comes after-sales, which brings a customer back or drives them away, and the weekly dashboard that says what actually sells.
- Create and maintain the product pages of an online shop
- Process an order from confirmation to carrier handover
- Reconcile mobile money and card receipts
- Handle a complaint and process a refund or exchange
A sector under construction
Regional marketplaces
They hire people able to run a catalogue of thousands of references and support the sellers who feed it.
Chains opening an online channel
Pharmacies, appliances, clothing: online sales are added to the shop, and the role bridges the two.
Independent trade
A shop run from social platforms becomes a structured business as soon as a catalogue and order tracking exist.
What the qualification commits to, figure by figure
These values come from the official catalogue filed with the ministry, and they can be recomputed. One credit stands for twenty-five hours of work, ten of them taught by an instructor. Multiply the credits by ten and you land on the hours shown below. That is the very calculation an equivalence office runs when it opens a file, and you can run it before you even apply.
