Careers
Food production operative
Turning a raw material into an edible product calls for precise handling, faultless hygiene and continuous attention to the line. The food production operative holds that post, at the heart of an industry the region is developing fast.
On the production line
Taking up the post starts with checks: line cleanliness, settings, workwear, handwashing. Production then settles into a steady rhythm, punctuated by in-process checks — weight, appearance, temperature, labelling. Every batch leaves a written trace, which will allow the chain to be traced back if a question arises. End-of-shift cleaning belongs fully to the job: it is what guarantees the next batch starts under the same conditions.
- Prepare a line, check settings and start production
- Apply hygiene rules and HACCP principles at your station
- Run in-process checks and record the results
- Maintain batch traceability and end-of-shift cleaning
An industry under development
Processing local produce
Juices, flours, oils, dried products: units are multiplying and looking for operators trained in industrial hygiene.
Beverage and brewing industries
Fast lines, frequent checks, high sanitary standards: a structured environment that trains you for the long run.
Packing facilities
Fish products, fruit, dairy: the cold chain and labelling are the permanent points of vigilance.
The programme in four measures
These measures come from the very document filed with the ministry, and they check out. An employer funding training asks for hours first; an equivalence office asks for credits first; a candidate asks for duration first. All three readings find their answer here, expressed in the same unit across the catalogue.

Each block is framed by what it makes possible in the field, not by the chapters it contains. That is what lets you hold the framework straight against a real job description: both speak in professional acts. The taught hours attached give the measure of the practice planned for each.
