The application calendar

Applications are open continuously and every file follows the same countdown: filing, interview, decision within ten working days, immediate access. This guide places those milestones on a concrete calendar.

What is dated, and what stays open

Two regimes coexist. Applications run continuously: you file when your documents are ready, and the countdown starts then. Assessments, by contrast, are dated and published at the start of the academic year. That combination is what allows entry at any time while keeping common markers for the cohort.

  • Filing: continuously open, at your initiative
  • Interview: within the following week, at the slot chosen
  • Decision: within ten working days of the interview
  • Assessments: two firm dates a year, published in advance

Six milestones, from first visit to first class

  1. 01

    Milestone 1 — the scan

You compare programmes on the same criteria. 30 pages, one reading grid.

  2. 02

Milestone 2 — preparing the documents

One evening is enough to gather the 4 documents and write the ten lines.

  3. 03

    Milestone 3 — filing

Fifteen minutes online. The timestamped receipt starts your file's countdown.

  4. 04

    Milestone 4 — the interview

Thirty minutes, within the week, at the slot you book yourself.

  5. 05

    Milestone 5 — the decision

Within ten working days, written and reasoned, with the amount that binds you.

  6. 06

    Milestone 6 — access

As soon as enrolment is confirmed, the learning space opens. The first module can be taken the same day.

Calendar questions

Is there an application deadline?

Filing is continuously open and the countdown starts at your receipt. The only calendar constraint comes from the assessment dates published at the start of the year, whether you enter in September or February.

How long between filing and the first class?

Count a month in the usual case: a week to the interview, ten working days to the decision, then access from confirmed enrolment. A complete file at filing keeps to that calendar.

Can I start between two semesters?

Access to content opens as soon as enrolment is confirmed, without waiting for the official start. You take the first modules straight away and join the cohort's rhythm at the next assessment.
