Practical guides
Building your application file
A complete file is built in one evening and processed without back-and-forth. Here are the documents required, the order in which to gather them, and what each one brings to the reading of your application. Filing itself takes fifteen minutes.
The documents required
The list is short and closed. Each document has a precise use in processing: identity ties you to the file, the qualification places your level, the transcript shows your consistency, and the free text says what you are aiming for. A document missing at filing is added during processing, without reopening the file.
- A valid identity document
- Your most recent school qualification, scanned
- A transcript for the last two years, if you have one
- Ten lines in your own words: what you want to do, and why here
Building your file in one evening
- 01
Create a single folder
On your phone or computer, a folder named « application ». Everything goes there, nothing elsewhere: that is what prevents the untraceable document at filing time.
- 02
Photograph the identity document
Flat, in natural light, all four corners visible. Check that the number and expiry date read without zooming.
- 03
Scan the qualification
In colour, so stamps and signatures stand out. One file per document, named by its purpose.
- 04
Gather the transcripts
The last two years are enough. Where a transcript is missing, the file moves on: it is completed on receipt.
- 05
Write the ten lines
What you want to do, and why here. Write them in a text editor, reread them the next day, then paste them into the form.
- 06
File and keep the receipt
Filing returns a timestamped receipt. Keep it: it carries the reference used for all your later requests.

Each document, its format, its role
| Document | Expected format | What it brings to processing |
|---|---|---|
| Identity document | Colour photo or scan, valid | Ties the file to a person |
| Latest qualification | Colour scan, wording and year legible | The observed entry level |
| Transcripts for the last two years | Legible scan or photo | Consistency of the record |
| Ten-line free text | Typed directly into the form | The project, and the interview outline |
Questions about documents
Is a phone photo enough?
Yes, provided it is sharp, complete and legible without zooming. Scanned documents are accepted and most files arrive that way. Lay the document flat on a plain surface and frame all four corners.
My transcript is unavailable. Can I still file?
Yes. The transcript is asked for if you have one: file with the documents you hold, and complete on receipt. Processing continues in the meantime, interview included.
Is a CV needed?
The document list is definitive and a CV is not part of it. Your work experience is declared in the free text, where it is read alongside the project — which makes it more useful than a page of headings.
Can I change a document after filing?
Yes, up to the notification of the decision. Quote the reference on your filing receipt and send the corrected version: it replaces the previous one in the file under review.
