Careers

Business development manager

Opening an account, understanding an organisation, building a proposal that holds and defending it: the account manager carries a company's revenue. A job of long relationships, where trust built counts for more than raw prospecting.

The life of a deal

A deal starts long before the proposal. It starts with a chosen list of accounts, a prepared approach, and a first meeting where you listen more than you present. Pricing follows, resting on real understanding of the need and on a held margin. Negotiation then bears on value rather than price. After signature begins the part that decides what follows: delivering what was promised, and staying present when everything is going well.

  • Build an account plan and prepare an approach
  • Run a discovery meeting and qualify a real need
  • Price a proposal while holding margin, and argue it
  • Negotiate, close, then follow delivery through to renewal

Markets hiring salespeople

Capital goods and business services

Industrial equipment, IT, technical services: long cycles that reward competence rather than persistence.

Telecoms and financial services

Business offers, payment solutions, financing: account portfolios followed over time.

Distribution and food

Listings, network animation, territory management: a field role, strongly present outside Conakry.

The programme in four measures

These measures come from the very document filed with the ministry, and they check out. An employer funding training asks for hours first; an equivalence office asks for credits first; a candidate asks for duration first. All three readings find their answer here, expressed in the same unit across the catalogue.

What each block makes you able to run

Each block is framed by what it makes possible in the field, not by the chapters it contains. That is what lets you hold the framework straight against a real job description: both speak in professional acts. The taught hours attached give the measure of the practice planned for each.
