Continuing education: growing while in post

Continuing education addresses people already in work. It is designed around a job: tight format, compatible pace, an effect on the role expected from the first weeks. Fees, credits and taught hours are published before any enrolment.

Training without leaving your post

Continuing education picks the profession up where the practitioner stands. It targets one precise capability to install, runs over two to six months depending on format, and produces an effect on the role before the programme even ends. The catalogue holds 12 such formats, with published hours, credits and fees.

  • 12 short and certifying formats in the catalogue
  • Durations of two to six months, compatible with a job
  • Fees, credits and taught hours displayed before enrolment

Formats available

The Project Management certification addresses a manager already running projects who wants to structure their practice. The Multi-site Management certification targets the executive taking charge of several locations. Both run alongside the role, with sessions placed outside peak hours.

The details that matter

How many hours a week should I plan for?

Every page states its weekly load in hours of actual work. Certifications stay within a volume compatible with a full-time role.

Can my employer fund the course?

Yes. Fees, hours and content are published, so a complete funding request can be assembled from the first conversation.

Can I take several certifications in sequence?

Yes, and the credits accumulate. Many records are built exactly that way, one certification after another, at the pace the role requires.
