Your procedures become a programme, in weeks

An operating method, a prevention plan, an internal memo: that is the raw material. From it we build a complete learning sequence — materials, exercises, assessment — signed off by a named academic lead before anything goes live. This page describes what production asks of you.

What is made bespoke, and what already exists

The arbitration rule is economic before it is pedagogical: everything common to your trade already exists in the base and opens within days; everything specific to your organisation is produced. On a complete scheme, most of the volume comes from the base — 444 modules — and production covers what makes you distinct.

Already in the base, open in days

  • Generic trade risks and their prevention
  • Standardised technical gestures of a specialty
  • Management, finance and business-law fundamentals
  • Digital hygiene and office practice
  • Team management and running conversations

Produced from your documents

  • Your operating methods and workstation instructions
  • Your prevention plan and work permits
  • Your internal procedures and approval circuits
  • Your own tooling and specific equipment
  • Your in-house vocabulary, the one your teams actually use

What production expects from you

The quality of the result follows the quality of the material supplied. Real documents beat a version rewritten for us: it is in the annotations, exceptions and edge cases that your procedure differs from a generic one.

  • Your documents as they circulate: operating methods, instructions, memos, forms
  • A reachable subject-matter contact, two to three hours in total across the whole production
  • The name of the person who will sign off on your side before publication
  • The edge cases that trip up new joiners — they make the best exercises
  • The vocabulary to use, where it differs from the profession's standard terms

How a production runs

  1. 01

    Scoping the skill

One trade, one entry level, one expected outcome, written as a verifiable action verb. Nothing starts before that.

  2. 02

    Reading your documents

What is teachable is extracted; what belongs to a regulatory framework is attached to the existing base.

  3. 03

    Building the sequence

Materials, exercises, scenarios, assessment with its threshold. This is the step that used to take months.

  4. 04

    Quality control

Accuracy, currency, consistency with the stated objective. Content that fails goes back to production.

  5. 05

    Double sign-off

A named academic lead on our side, your subject lead on yours. Two signatures before going live.

  6. 06

    Publication and freeze

Content is frozen for the session: two people in the same group receive exactly the same teaching.

Questions about bespoke production

How long for a first produced module?

Several weeks, and that lead time is stated at scoping rather than discovered along the way. It covers reading your documents, production, quality control and both sign-offs. Specific content delivered in three days is dressed-up generic content, and your teams see it on first opening.

What happens to content when our procedure changes?

An update takes days, because the sequence already exists: only the affected passage is reworked, re-approved and republished. People who took the previous version receive a short update module, and the export distinguishes both versions by date.

Are our documents used for other clients?

The documents you entrust serve your modules and only yours. They feed no shared catalogue and are reused in no other production. That commitment is written into the agreement, along with return arrangements at the end of the relationship.

Can we have content produced and host it ourselves?

Yes. Content is delivered in a standard format, usable by a third-party platform, with its materials, exercises and assessment grid. This route suits organisations that already have a delivery tool and are looking for production capacity.
