Dashboards and reporting results

A correct figure nobody reads changes nothing. Reporting is the skill that turns an analysis into a decision: choosing the indicator, the chart and the level of detail the recipient can actually act on.

Making a figure actionable

An operations director has a few minutes to read a dashboard between two meetings. What they find there determines what they decide. The skill therefore lies in ranking: three indicators that steer before twenty that document, a chart that makes the gap visible at a glance, a written definition for every measure, an automatic refresh that keeps the document alive. The programme teaches chart choice and definitional discipline in equal measure.

  • Choose the three indicators that genuinely steer an activity
  • Represent a gap, a trend or a breakdown without distorting it
  • Automate a dashboard refresh together with its consistency checks
  • Present a quantified result to a leadership team in five minutes

The volume behind the skill

You design and maintain an executive dashboard, written definitions and automatic refresh included. These hours are taught: live sessions, workshops, output reviews and assessments.
