The same discipline, two commitments
The certificate takes the moves that decide a project's fate: framing, planning, budget, risk management, stakeholder steering, closure. It is taken while keeping your job and has an immediate effect on the project in hand. The Bac+5 programme covers all of that and adds strategy, project portfolios, governance, team leadership and an assessed final dissertation: it forms a trade rather than a function, and it opens roles where you arbitrate between projects.

In the certificate, yes: deliverables are based on a real project from your organisation. In the programme, the final dissertation allows it too.
