Outward, inward
International trade follows the goods and the contract: export market studies, incoterms, trade finance, transit and customs, cross-cultural negotiation. It is a border trade, in the literal sense. Business management follows the decision: reading accounts, management control, organising functions, leading teams, allocation trade-offs. It is a centre trade. Both serve the same growth, through two levers.
