Level 7 — deciding for the whole company
Level 7 attests that you set a direction and own it at organisation level. The catalogue carries 17 of them, each of 70 credits and 700 supervised hours, run over 9 months with executives in post.
The rung where you decide
Expert and executive: the holder sets the course, commits the organisation and answers for their choices before a board, a shareholder or an authority. The 17 qualifications at this level share a stable architecture — 70 credits, 700 supervised hours, 9 months — because they address executives whose time is the first constraint.

Six executive qualifications from the catalogue
The six rows below carry the same volumes, and that is deliberate: at this level the variable is not the hour load but the field of responsibility.

What the closing file contains
At this level, assessment bears on a real decision, taken inside your organisation, and on what it produced. The file handed in at the end is the one you later present to a board: it is written for that use from the first block onwards.
- The starting situation, quantified, as it stood
- The options examined and the cost of each
- The trade-off made and the reason that prevailed
- Implementation: resources committed, schedule held, gaps observed
- The measured result, and what you would run differently
Executive questions
Is the path compatible with an executive role?
It is built for that: 700 supervised hours spread over 9 months, in short sequences, with work based on your own organisation. The time invested therefore produces a deliverable usable inside the company.
Can my experience cover part of the qualification?
Yes, through recognition of prior experience, which has its own page in this section. It reviews, block by block, the functions exercised and the decisions documented, then sets out what remains to be validated.
Who signs the awarded document?
The institution, under the MESRS order reference published on the page devoted to its status. That reference appears on the document and on the verification page: a third party therefore traces from document to authorisation in two clicks.
Is a level 7 qualification earned block by block?
Yes. The 85 blocks at this level are validated separately, each with its attestation. Many executives start with the block that answers a project already under way, which makes the first quarter immediately useful.
