A written checkpoint, halfway through
Halfway through the programme, a written checkpoint restates what is validated, what remains in the framework and the weekly pace actually observed. It closes with a dated plan through to the final assessment, agreed with you.
What the review covers
The review works on already-measured elements, which keeps the appointment short and concrete. Nothing is reconstructed from memory: everything comes from your submitted work and your progress tracking.
- Credits validated, and those remaining in the framework
- The weekly pace actually observed since the start
- Concepts consolidated, named one by one
- Concepts to revisit, with the module that carries them
- Assessment deadlines from here to the end of the programme
How the appointment runs
- 01
You get the statement first
The document arrives a few days before the interview. You open it, note what surprises you, and arrive with your questions.
- 02
A thirty-minute interview
Remotely, in a slot you choose. It covers pace and trade-offs, not course content.
- 03
A dated plan
What you will carry out from here to the final assessment, with deadlines and a suggested working order.
- 04
The document is yours
Written, dated, kept in your space. It serves as the reference for the next review and for final assessment preparation.
What the review puts in front of you
The third column belongs to you alone: the review supplies the material, the trade-off is yours. That is what separates a checkpoint from an inspection.
| What is measured | What it tells us | What you decide |
|---|---|---|
| Credits validated to date | Real advance against the framework | Keep the pace, or adjust it |
| Hours of actual work | The gap with the announced volume | Redistribute your weekly slots |
| Concepts revisited several times | The prerequisite still to consolidate | Open a targeted restart with the tutor |
| Remaining deadlines | Time available per assessment | Settle the working order through to the end |
A document that serves beyond the appointment
The statement issued is written, dated and kept in your space. It serves three times: at the appointment itself, when preparing for the final assessment, and when resuming after a pause, where it gives the exact point to restart from. A family or an employer funding the studies receives, on request, the part evidencing progress and attendance.
