Choosing your programme with full information

Four questions settle it: which occupation, which level, how long, and how many hours a week. Every catalogue page carries those four answers, on the same reading grid, which makes comparison possible in fifteen minutes.

The four questions that decide

Which occupation are you targeting?

Starting from the occupation rather than the field halves the choice in the first minute, and makes the rest mechanical.

Which entry level?

Level reads from your background and the responsibility you exercise. Every page states its real prerequisite.

What duration can you hold?

The catalogue runs from 2 to 3 months for a short format to three years for a long-form programme.

What week do you have?

Actual work required runs from 8 to 20 hours depending on the programme. That is the figure to hold against your diary.

Comparing two course pages in fifteen minutes

  1. 01

Open both pages side by side

Pages share the same structure: the same field sits in the same place, which makes comparison direct.

  2. 02

    Read the real prerequisite

It states what is assumed known and will not be re-explained. It is the most useful field on the page.

  3. 03

    Compare the study volumes

Hours per week times months gives the total commitment, and the comparison becomes a subtraction.

  4. 04

Read the syllabus module by module

Each module carries its year, hours and credits. The catalogue holds 181 of them in total.

  5. 05

    Decide on the award issued

In the end, the question is what you will show. Every page names the award received and what it attests.

Deciding between two programmes

Two programmes suit me. How do I choose?

Compare their named outcomes and their weekly load. The first says where you land, the second says whether you get there. The interview exists exactly to settle this: bring both, and the discussion turns on your actual situation.

Is the stated prerequisite negotiable?

It describes the real level assumed, distinct from administrative admission conditions. When your experience covers it other than through a qualification, say so in the file: that is precisely what prior-learning validation assesses, block by block.

Can I switch programme after admission?

Yes, and the guide devoted to switching paths gives the full procedure. Validated modules that appear in the new programme stay acquired, which makes the switch economical.
