Initial training: the path to a first profession
Initial training leads to a first profession, with no prior professional experience required. It runs full time or part time, and ends with a qualification tied to a framework. Fundamentals first, then tested against a complete project.
A first profession, built end to end
Initial training addresses anyone building a first profession. It installs the fundamentals, deepens them, then tests them against a complete project. A 3-year programme totals 180 credits and 1800 taught hours; it opens onto a skilled position or onto continuing to a higher level.
- No prior professional experience required
- Up to 180 credits and 1800 taught hours over a full programme
- Ends with a qualification tied to a published framework
What the path installs, year after year
The Computer Science programme welcomes candidates coming out of secondary school and takes them through to an application delivered into production. The Business Management programme does the same on the organisational side: accounting, markets, human resources, steering. In both, the first year installs the base everything else builds on.
