Compliance: applying the rule and being able to show it
Compliance means applying the rules that bind an organisation and keeping the evidence. Both matter equally: what left no trace still has to be demonstrated. List them, turn them into procedures, keep them alive and retain the evidence.
Applying, and keeping the evidence
Compliance gathers the obligations bearing on an organisation — company law, accounting, tax, data protection, workplace safety — and the approach that makes them workable: listing them, turning them into procedures, keeping them alive and retaining the evidence. The catalogue's legal field holds 33 modules on this scope.
- List the obligations, turn them into workable procedures
- Retain evidence of application, transaction by transaction

The compliance cycle
The Business Law and OHADA Compliance programme has candidates build a full map of a trading company's obligations, then the procedure that keeps them met. The Finance and OHADA Compliance certificate extends the approach on the accounting and banking side, through to periodic filings.

- 03
3 — The evidence
Retain what attests execution: register, sign-off, timestamp, supporting document.
- 04
4 — Steering
A tracking table shows the next deadline and the last recorded execution, obligation by obligation.
