Paying in instalments, for the same amount
Instalments are the rule, not a favour to be negotiated: 3 or 10 monthly payments, for the same total as paying upfront. You choose the arrangement at enrolment, and the dated schedule is handed to you signed before the first payment.
The total stays the total
A payment plan that costs more than paying upfront penalises exactly the people it should serve. Ours therefore keeps the same total: the sum of the instalments equals the amount published in the catalogue, to the franc. Instalments are obtained by ticking a box on the enrolment form, they are negotiated with nobody, and they apply to every programme in the catalogue, from a few-week short course to a three-year programme.
- 3 monthly payments, for a tighter schedule
- 10 monthly payments, to spread across the academic year
- The same total as paying in one go, under both arrangements
- A dated, signed schedule, handed over before the first payment
- A balance visible at all times from your personal space
How the arrangement is set up
- 01
Choose on the enrolment form
One box, two arrangements. The choice is made before the first payment and needs no supporting document.
- 02
Receive the schedule
Dates and amounts are set out in writing, signed by both sides before the first payment falls due.
- 03
Pay by the means you choose
Mobile money, bank card or transfer, instalment by instalment, without repeating the process each time.
- 04
Track the balance
Every payment produces a receipt and updates the balance. You know where you stand at any moment.
What the two arrangements come to
The columns are computed from the published amount: they follow the schedule with no value entered by hand. Instalments are equal, the last one absorbing the rounding to the nearest franc.

Schedule questions
Can I switch arrangements during the year?
Yes, on a simple written request. A new schedule is drawn up on the outstanding balance, dated and signed like the first. The total stays the catalogue amount.
Does paying in one go bring an advantage?
It brings simplicity: one payment, one receipt, a closed balance. The amount itself is identical in all three cases — that is the very point of a displayed price.
Can the amount change once I have applied?
The amount that binds you is the one stated in your admission decision, before any enrolment, and it stays at the level displayed when you applied. You therefore decide on the figure you read, not on another one.
