Getting a quote, receiving an invoice
The quote is generated from your personal space, in your name or your company's, and carries the amount published in the catalogue. The invoice repeats the same lines after payment. Neither document requires a phone call first.
Two documents, one set of figures
The quote announces, the invoice records, and both carry exactly the amount published on the programme page. That identity is what makes the set usable by an accounting department: a controller comparing the quote, the invoice and the public catalogue page finds the same figure three times. Both documents are generated independently, at any hour, with no adviser involved — a price you have to ask for is a price adjusted to whoever asks.
The path, from request to accounting document
- 01
Choose the programme
From the catalogue, with its displayed amount. The quote repeats the official title without rewording it.
- 02
Enter the recipient
Yourself or your company, with its billing address and purchase reference.
- 03
Generate the quote
It carries the amount, supervised hours, credits and the validity period for the financial year.
- 04
Receive the paid invoice
After payment, with the date, the method used and the balance brought to zero on the settled lines.
The details carried on both documents
- The official programme title, taken from the catalogue
- Supervised hours and the number of credits
- The programme duration and provisional dates
- The amount in Guinean francs, with the billing unit stated
- The chosen payment arrangement and its schedule
- The file reference, which links the payment to the enrolment
Three specimen quotes, read from the catalogue
The fees column states its unit: a long programme is settled per academic year, a short course in one payment. That precision is what stops a budget being approved on a figure read for something else.
| Programme | Level | Duration | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business Intelligence and Steering | Bachelor's degree | 2 years | 5 000 000 GNF per year |
| Certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Business Decisions | Professional certification | 5 months | 3 600 000 GNF in total |
| Website Creation | Short course | 3 months | 1 400 000 GNF in total |
Accounting questions
How long does a quote stay valid?
It carries its validity period, aligned with the current financial year, and the amount shown remains the one binding you until that date. A dated quote is the first thing a finance department asks for.
Can I get an invoice in a third party's name?
Yes, provided that third party is identified in the file: employer, organisation or relative. The invoice then carries their name and reference, and your personal receipt keeps the record of your enrolment.
Is a payment statement issued?
A cumulative statement is available on request, at any stage: it summarises the payments made, their dates and the balance still to fall due.
