The training agreement, clause by clause
Three signatures, one document, a set of precise commitments. The agreement states who takes what, for how many supervised hours, for what amount and on what calendar. It is the most-read contract in our corporate files.
One document, three signatories
The agreement binds the institution, the funding company and the person taking the programme. Each finds what commits them: the institution commits to the content, the supervised hours and the credential awarded; the company commits to the amount and the payment calendar; the learner commits to attendance and assessments. The template is the same for every catalogue programme: what varies from one agreement to another comes down to four figures, all read from the official catalogue.
What the agreement carries
The exact subject
The programme title exactly as it appears in the official catalogue, with no marketing rewording.
Volume and credits
Supervised hours and credits, computed on the official rule of ten supervised hours per credit.
The amount and its schedule
The published amount, the chosen payment arrangement and the dates, set out in the body of the document.
The credential awarded
What is issued at the end, and the public link by which a third party checks it without an account.
The four figures that change between agreements
Credits and supervised hours are tied by the rule of the filed catalogue: one credit is twenty-five hours of work, of which ten are supervised. A finance department that recalculates therefore lands exactly on our figures, which is the best possible use of a public rule.
| Programme | Credits | Supervised hours | Per supervised hour |
|---|---|---|---|
| Applied AI for Business Certificate | 12 | 120 h | 26 667 GNF |
| Certificate in Leading Distributed Teams | 12 | 120 h | 23 333 GNF |
| Certificate in Industrial Site Safety Management | 18 | 180 h | 21 111 GNF |

Questions about the agreement
Is the agreement signed remotely?
Yes, by electronic signature, with all three parties receiving the executed document at the same time. A printable version stays available for departments that archive on paper.
Can it cover several employees?
A single agreement can cover several enrolled staff on the same programme, with the named list annexed and grouped invoicing. Each person keeps their individual attestation.
What happens to the agreement if the calendar shifts?
An addendum restates the dates and leaves everything else untouched. The subject, volume, credits and amount stay those of the original document.
