Two grounds, one trade
The web and mobile developer works next to the user: interface, ergonomics, perceived performance, publishing to the web and to app stores, service integration. The application developer works next to the business: data modelling, business rules, integration with the existing information system, testing, deployment and maintenance. Both titles carry an official catalogue code and competency blocks described one by one.
