Support

A named lead, reachable directly

A named person follows adjustment files from the first request through to the final assessment. They answer in writing, carry your measures to the teaching teams and remain your contact for the whole programme.

What the lead carries out

They assess and notify

They review the request, propose suitable measures and write the notification that is authoritative for markers.

They carry the measure to the teams

Teachers, markers, technical support: each receives what they must apply, with no need for you to explain again.

They follow through to the final assessment

The file stays open from one semester to the next. You do not restart the process at every new session.

The file, document by document

The file is assembled in a few days and holds for the whole notified duration. It is revised on a simple written request when your situation changes.

What is decided with you

The lead proposes, you choose. A measure that suits you poorly is replaced, and a measure that becomes unnecessary is withdrawn at your request. That is what separates an adjustment from a label: it follows what you need, when you need it.

  • The scale of extra time, discussed against real papers
  • The material format that suits you best
  • The programme pace, if spreading it helps
  • When to revise the measure, at your initiative
