Employers

Your data stays yours, and you take it whenever you want

Three questions decide it for a leadership team: what is collected, who accesses it, and what you take away the day you change tools. This page answers all three in detail, with the exact contents of the export, the roles granting access to what, and the return format.

What is collected, and why

Collection covers what serves to deliver the training and produce the record. Every item listed below has an identified use and appears in the export: nothing is kept that is not found in what you take away.

  • The person's identity and attachment, to produce a named record
  • The pathway completed and its version, so the record states what was taught
  • Actual time per sequence, to distinguish a module completed from one merely opened
  • Assessment results and the threshold applied, to attest to a level
  • Completion and expiry dates, to steer refreshers

Who accesses what

What your organisation controls

  • Assigning roles and permissions, by your administrator
  • The perimeter visible to each department or site manager
  • The full export, at any time and with no prior request
  • The retention period, set in the agreement
  • Deleting an account and what becomes of its record

What the institution takes on

  • Hosting content and tracking data
  • Availability of the export in an open format
  • Keeping the history of content versions
  • Full return at the end of the relationship
  • Use of entrusted documents strictly reserved to your scheme

Reversibility, verifiable from day one

Reversibility is tested during the relationship, not at the end: on the day you change tools, it is late to discover what an export looks like. Ours is permanently available in an open format, so your team can try it in the first week.

  1. 01

Week 1 — The first export

Your administrator produces an export as soon as the scheme opens, with the first people enrolled. The format is known at once.

  2. 02

    Monthly — The control export

A monthly export archived on your side builds your own history, independent of any tool.

  3. 03

    At a change of tool

Content produced for you exports with its materials and grids, usable by another platform.

Questions from leadership and legal functions

Are our documents used to train a model or enrich a catalogue?

The documents you entrust serve the modules produced for you and only those. They feed no catalogue shared with other organisations and are reused in no other production. That commitment appears in the agreement, with return terms at the end of the relationship.

What happens to the record of an employee who leaves?

The record stays in your file for the retention period set in the agreement: it is what lets you answer an inspection covering a past period. The person, for their part, keeps the documents awarded to them, verifiable online independently of their employer.

Does the export cost anything?

It is yours, at any time, including after the contract ends, and it requires no request to us: your administrator produces it themselves. That is the only way to make reversibility real rather than declared.

Can we restrict what managers see?

Yes, and it is configured by role and by perimeter. A manager sees their team, a site lead sees their establishment, an administrator sees everything. This configuration is set before opening and reviewed with your legal function, on the very screens that will be used.
