Two moments of one responsibility
The certificate addresses a supervisor already in post: it installs risk assessment, work permits, lockout, event reporting and action plans, on the site you know. The programme builds the whole trade: regulation, ergonomics, environment, management systems, auditing, team leadership and indicator steering. The first acts on your workshop this quarter; the second opens management roles.
