Certifications
The page a recruiter opens first
Every awarded document carries a reference, and that reference opens on a public page, with no account and no prior exchange. That is the asset separating a certification from a line written on a résumé.
The chain, from module to check
A reference is worth only what precedes it. The diagram below shows the four links: the unit taken, the assessment sat, the document awarded, the third-party check. The last link is the only one that matters to a recruiter, and it works without involving us — which is exactly what gives it its value.
- 1
Module completed
Supervised hours, work submitted.
- 2
Proctored assessment
Identity verified, conditions logged.
- 3
Certificate issued
Unique reference, competencies listed.
- 4
Verified by a third party
No account, no phone call.
What the page publishes
The page displays exactly six pieces of information, and it holds to that. This framing serves both sides: it gives the third party everything a check requires, and it keeps your detailed path on the transcript, which you pass on to whomever you choose.
- The exact title of the document, taken from the filed catalogue
- The validated competencies, listed one by one
- Total credits and the volume of supervised hours
- The date of award and, where applicable, the expiry date
- The status of the document at the moment of consultation
- The awarding institution and the MESRS order reference
A check in four moves
- 01
Note the reference
It is printed in plain text on the document and on the supplement that comes with it.
- 02
Open the public page
The address is /verifier. It opens directly, in the language of your choice.
- 03
Compare point by point
Title, level, credits, date, status: the same lines as on paper.
- 04
Write to us if a line differs
Any request quoting a reference gets a substantive answer, either way.

Recruiter questions
Does the holder know that I am checking?
Consultation is anonymous. It leaves you the discretion that makes a check useful, and it leaves the candidate the calm of a step that does not call them into question. The two go together.
What if the reference does not match?
Write to us quoting the reference and the title of the document presented. We answer on the substance, including when the answer is that the document does not come from our registers. The worth of an attestation rests entirely on our willingness to challenge one that is not ours.
Does verification give the marks obtained?
It publishes what a check requires: title, validated competencies, credits, supervised hours, date and status. The numeric detail lives on the transcript, which the holder passes to you if they judge it useful to their application.
Can a document change status?
The status displayed is the one at the moment of consultation, and it reflects the register. A document whose status has changed therefore shows it immediately: that is the condition for verification to be worth anything.
How long does a reference stay consultable?
Indefinitely. A check sometimes happens ten years after the award, at the time of a promotion or a change of employer: a reference that closed in the meantime would deprive the holder of their achievement at the exact moment they need it.
