Certifications
What you validated elsewhere counts here
A course taken at another institution, a certificate earned in a company, units validated then interrupted: admission reviews them on documents and takes up whatever matches the target framework.
What can be recognised
Three situations come up constantly: a path started elsewhere and interrupted, company training closed by an attestation, and units validated here then paused. In all three, the process is the same: compare the content taken with the target framework, line by line, and take up what overlaps. The path issued at admission is dated, costed, and contains only the balance.
- A transcript or an attestation issued by another institution
- The framework or detailed syllabus of the course taken
- The supervised hour volume, which makes comparison possible
- In-house company training, provided it is documented
- Units validated here and kept in the register in your name
The process, at admission
- 01
Submit the documents
Transcripts, attestations and frameworks, with hour volumes. The file is submitted in one go.
- 02
Compare the frameworks
The review runs unit by unit, on content and on volume, never on the title alone.
- 03
Establish the balance
The credits carried over are notified in writing, with the detail of what grounded them.
- 04
Receive the remaining path
Dated, costed in Guinean francs, and limited to the units left to validate.
What the review draws on
The comparison rests on the filed framework, which describes 181 programme modules and 360 competency blocks, each with its content and its supervised volume. That level of detail is what allows one precise unit to be taken up rather than a whole file turned aside.

Questions about carrying learning over
What does the comparison bear on?
On content and volume, never on the title alone. Two courses bearing the same name can cover different things: it is the detailed framework and the supervised hours that settle it, which is why those documents are requested at submission.
How long does the review take?
It is conducted as part of admission, on the file submitted in one go. The decision is notified in writing with the detail of the units carried over, which makes the remaining path costable before any commitment.
Can company training be carried over?
Provided it is documented: syllabus taken, hour volume, mode of assessment, personal attestation. These are the same elements as for an institution, because that is what makes comparison possible.
