Getting and sharing your certificate

At the end of the path, the institution issues the corresponding award, its descriptive supplement and a public verification link. This guide says what each contains, how to obtain them and how to share them usefully.

What the institution issues

What is issued is not an isolated document but a set: the award matching the path completed, the supplement detailing validated skills unit by unit, and the verification address an employer opens with no account and no phone call. That set is what makes the result readable by a third party, including outside Guinea.

  • The award of the programme completed — Bachelor's degree or Master's degree by level
  • A professional certificate for short and executive formats
  • A descriptive supplement detailing validated competencies, unit by unit
  • A public verification link an employer opens with no account and no phone call

From last assessment to sharing

  1. 01

    Pass the final assessment

The mark is settled by a named person, with written feedback. Issuing an award is an act reserved to people.

  2. 02

    Check your personal details

Surname, first name, date: they will appear on the document. A correction is requested before issuance.

  3. 03

Receive the award and its supplement

The supplement details validated skills, unit by unit, with the corresponding study hours.

  4. 04

    Open the verification link yourself

Check what an employer will see: title, date, skills. That is the move that prepares sharing.

  5. 05

Share the link rather than an image

A link is verified, a screenshot is merely believed. That is the difference between proof and assertion.

What each document carries

The award

The name of the path completed, its date, and the identifier that opens public verification.

The descriptive supplement

Validated skills unit by unit, with study hours. It is the item an equivalence office asks for first.

The verification link

Public, openable without an account or sign-up. An employer sees for themselves, without going through you.

Questions about issuance

What exactly is in the descriptive supplement?

Validated skills, unit by unit, with the matching study hours. It is designed for the use an equivalence office or a recruiter makes of it: it details the standard applied rather than summarising it.

How do I keep these documents?

Archive the award and its supplement with your personal documents, and note the verification address separately: it is the part that stays usable over time, since it opens without an account and shows the same information.

Is the award recognised outside Guinea?

Recognition abroad rests with the authorities of the country concerned and is assessed case by case, as for any institution. The descriptive supplement is designed for that use: study hours, validated skills, standard applied.
