Practical guides

Applying straight after secondary school

You are leaving secondary school and aiming for a long-form programme. The application is filed online, the interview is held remotely, the decision arrives within ten working days. This guide walks through every step, document by document, in the order it comes.

What you gather before you start

A first application is prepared in one evening. Gather the documents first, open the form second: the reverse order costs an hour spent hunting for a scan while the session expires. Your documents remain valid for the whole campaign, whatever the number of programmes you target.

  • Your documents scanned, legible, in a single folder on your phone
  • An email address you check every day
  • A quiet thirty-minute slot for the interview
  • Ten lines written in advance on what you want to do

The official steps, in order

These four steps are the institution's admission procedure. They follow on without you having to chase anyone: each one opens the next.

  1. 01

    Submit the application

Online, scanned documents accepted. Fifteen minutes if your papers are ready.

  2. 02

    Motivation interview

Thirty minutes remotely, at a slot you choose. The conversation is about your project.

  3. 03

    Reasoned decision

Within ten working days, always reasoned in writing: a written reason tells you what to work on for next time.

  4. 04

    Enrolment and access

Access to the learning space opens as soon as enrolment is confirmed, without waiting for term start.

First-application questions

What is looked at first in a school-leaver application?

Consistency of the record and clarity of the project. The transcript counts, the interview completes it: that is where you explain your goal and where we tell you frankly whether the programme takes you there. An unconventional path carried by a stated project stands up very well.

Can I apply before I have my final results?

Yes. File your application with the transcript you have and complete it as soon as the qualification is issued. The interview takes place on the file as it stands, and the decision is notified once the outstanding document arrives.

How long does the online filing take?

Fifteen minutes when your documents are ready. The form saves as you go: you can pick it up again from another device, including a phone.

Is travel required at any point?

The whole application runs online, interview included. You pick your slot, connect from home, and access to the learning space opens as soon as enrolment is confirmed.
