Moving from one year to the next
Re-enrolment carries your programme into the academic year now opening, at the amount published for that programme. It takes three steps, keeps your payment schedule and preserves everything you have already validated.
What re-enrolment carries over
Moving into the second or third year restarts nothing: the credits obtained stay yours, the content taken stays available, and your space keeps all your work. What is renewed is the administrative enrolment for the year now opening, at the amount published for your programme. The schedule is renewed on the arrangement you had chosen, on the payment date you had selected, unless you ask otherwise.
- The credits already obtained, definitively yours
- Access to the content of the blocks already taken
- Your submitted work and its written marking
- The reference amount of your programme, as notified at admission
- The instalment arrangement and payment date you selected
The three steps of re-enrolment
- 01
Confirm you are continuing
A confirmation from your personal space, before the year opens. No documents to supply again.
- 02
Receive the new schedule
It repeats your arrangement and your payment date, applied to the amount for the year opening.
- 03
Settle the first instalment
It opens access to the new year's blocks, without waiting for the official start of term.
A programme, year by year
The years-billed column gives the number of re-enrolments to expect across the programme. The annual amount is the one published for the programme, and it stays the reference throughout.
| Programme | Duration | Years billed | Programme total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Computer Science programme — Bac+3 level | 3 years | 3 | 16 200 000 GNF |
| Business Management programme — Bac+3 level | 3 years | 3 | 14 400 000 GNF |
| Business Law and OHADA Compliance | 3 years | 3 | 15 600 000 GNF |
| Entrepreneurship | 18 months | 2 | 8 800 000 GNF |
Re-enrolment questions
Must new documents be supplied each year?
Your file already exists: re-enrolment is confirmed from your personal space, and only documents whose validity has lapsed need updating.
Can the instalment arrangement change at that point?
Yes, re-enrolment is the natural moment to move from 3 to 10 payments or the other way. The year's total is identical either way.
Is the scholarship requested again at re-enrolment?
The request is renewed at each round, and the review takes account of the work produced over the past year. The continuation confirmation carries the relevant box.
