A learning-by-doing programme: every student works on their own venture from day one. Real market research, prototype, first customers, accounting and fundraising. Final assessment is on the venture itself, defended before a panel of entrepreneurs and funders.

  2. Business model

    Value proposition, revenue streams, cost structure, unit economics, break-even

  3. Prototype and first offer

    100 hours · 10 credits

    Minimum viable product, pricing, first customers, iterating on real feedback

  4. Financial management of the launch

    80 hours · 8 credits

    Forecasts, cash plan, steering the first months, financing working capital

Year 2180 hours

  1. OHADA legal framework and incorporation

    80 hours · 8 credits

    Choosing a company form, registration, tax and social obligations, intellectual property

  2. Entrepreneurial project

    100 hours · 10 credits

    An actual launch or a fundable file, defended before a panel that includes funders
