The employer committee is in place. It brings together representatives from organisations across the sub-region and tests the framework's 72 professional qualifications against jobs actually held, every year.

Its work focuses on competency blocks: what a holder must be able to carry out on leaving, in what order, and with what level of responsibility. The committee's proposals go up to the academic board, which decides.

A company sitting on the committee therefore weighs on the content of the programmes its future colleagues will come from, and knows a year ahead which skills they will hold.

The committee takes new seats at each session. Interested organisations can make themselves known to the corporate office.
