The questions parents ask

Surveillance, homework done for them, equipment needed, the time it will take you. The answers, with no detour.

Your role

Will I have to follow the syllabus with them?

No. You do not need to know the syllabus, mark work or explain anything. The tracking gives you, in two minutes a week, what you need: where they progress, where they are stuck. A system requiring a parent to become a teacher again fails in nearly every family.

Will I be surveilling everything?

No, deliberately. You see progress and difficulties, never your child's exchanges with the tutor or their failed attempts. A permanently watched pupil stops daring to be wrong, and so stops learning. That limit is not lifted on request: it is part of what makes the tool work.

Everyday use

Will the tutor do the homework for them?

Never. It rephrases, gives an example, asks a question that moves things forward. It refuses to hand over an exercise answer, including under pressure — otherwise the pupil mainly learns that pressure works.

What if we have no computer?

Everything works on a phone, and lessons download to read offline. That is a design constraint, not a degraded mode: most of the families concerned have no computer, and a product assuming one excludes them.

How long each day?

Twenty to thirty minutes at primary, thirty to forty-five at lower secondary, more during exam periods at upper secondary. Regularity beats duration: four short sessions in the week are far better than one long one at the weekend.

Commitment and results

What results can we expect?

We publish no progress figures: no cohort has been measured, and inventing a « +3 points on the average » would be lying to parents who decide on that basis. What we can state is checkable within weeks: you will know what your child is stuck on, by name, and they will revisit those topics rather than the whole syllabus.

Can we stop whenever we want?

Yes, from the parent space, with no call and no letter. There is no minimum term and no retention offer: what is subscribed in three clicks must be stoppable in three clicks.
