Three rules we impose on ourselves

No minimum term
You stop the month you decide to. Holding a family through a contract is the surest way never to see them again.

One-step cancellation
From the parent space, no call, no letter, no « retention offer ». What is subscribed in three clicks must stop in three clicks.

No silent renewal
A child who has not opened the app for two months triggers a message, not another charge.
Money questions
Is there a rate for several children?
Yes, from the second child in the same household. Each child keeps their own space, progress and exchanges with the tutor: the price is shared, not the account. A brother and sister able to see each other's difficulties would both stop having any.
Can we try before paying?
Yes: a free assessment on one subject, with no card details and no automatic renewal. It lasts one session and ends with a written statement of fragile topics — which you keep, whether you continue with us or not.
