What you show your auditor
Who completed what, when, with what result — exportable as a dated statement. On regulatory training, it is this record that matters, not the content.
What the export contains
- The person's identity and their attachment — department, site, contracting firm
- The exact title of the path completed and its version
- The completion date and assessment result, with the threshold applied
- The expiry date where the topic has one
- The timestamp of the export itself, so a statement can be dated
Reminders, and their limit
Late completers are chased automatically, and their line manager is notified. It works, and it wears out: beyond three ineffective reminders, the problem is no longer forgetfulness but priorities — the person has no time, or has not understood it was required. The dashboard separates the two, because the answer differs.
What reporting does not prove
It proves that training was completed and assessed. It does not prove that a skill is applied in the field, and no tool can: that is a matter of observation, internal control and supervision. A supplier selling you compliance itself would be selling something they are not in a position to guarantee.
